The Residence Life department at Rutgers University, aside from overlooking the residence halls and resident/apartment assistants, also creates designs for the four cultural centers at the university. These cultural centers include the Center for Latino Arts and Culture (CLAC), the Center for Social Justice and LGBTQ Communities (SJE), the Asian American Cultural Center (AACC), and the Paul Robeson Cultural Center (PRCC) for black-identifying students. These cultural centers come together under the Cultural Center Collaborative to throw a block party for students to learn about the different organizations on campus.
